This 2013 Crossroads CT28RKX Cruiser has a dry weight of 7,746 lbs and a total length of 30' with an all aluminum structure, four season enclosed underbelly and has been through a complete check over. This RV has two slides, Grilla Cage construction, fiberglass front cap, electric awning, spare, an outside shower, 10 gal G & E hot water tank, and ladder. This RV is a 1/2 ton series, this unit also has power jacks, a front power jack and a complete outside kitchen with lots of room. The living area has a new jackknife sofa/sleeper that will sleep 2, a large picture window with 3 overhead cabinets above and tucked into the corner of the living room is a large entertainment area with a large place for a TV, DVD player and cabinet storage below. The kitchen is in the rear of the trailer with 2 kitchen windows, double sink, hard counter tops, range/oven combo, built-in microwave, size 8 G/E refrigerator , stand-up pantry, 4 pull-out drawers, 4 bottom cabinet doors, and 4 top cabinet doors. This RV has a new free standing dinette table with 4 residential chairs and lots of dining space that is in the slide out with 3 large windows and 4 top cabinet doors. The hallway has a large storage/coat closet and 2 doors that lead into the bathroom and master bedroom. The master bedroom is a private room with a queen bed, window, slide out for lots of closet space, storage under the bed, 2 closets on each side of the bed, two pull-out drawers with 3 top cabinet doors and a door that leads into the bathroom from the bedroom.
