This 2012 Jayco Jay Feather 254 is a smaller fiberglass/aluminum side walled RV is a clean double axle trailer and is very spacious. Its ultra lite and can sleep up to 4 people with this rear bath floor plan. The outside has an electric awning, pass thru storage, spare tire, outside kitchen with a swing out grill, roof top A/C, outside shower, 4 crank down jacks, rock guard, aluminum wheels, 6 gallon hot water tank, battery and a 30 amp service. The living area has a large u-shaped sofa/dinette with storage that slides out, just across and to the right are 2 doors that go in to the bedroom. In between the 2 doors is a nice sized entertainment system, across from the u-shaped dinette is a double sink, stove and oven combo, pantry and lots of storage under the kitchen area. The gas/electric refrigerator is across the way next to the dinette set. The rear bath is huge with lots of changing space, is has a spacious bathroom counter space with sink and storage. The stand up shower is in the corner and on the other side is a large top closet with the foot flush toilet towards the side rear of the bathroom,
